To enter the cheats go to the main menu screen. There are four options (Championship, Versus, Setup, Credits). Imagine these options are numbered 0 to 3. Input the following sequence (by pressing the Z trigger) while positioning the menu cursor (via Control Stick) at the appropriate menu items. If you mess up you can enter a menu item and return to the main menu to reset.

Open Season 4: 1, 0, 0, 3, 2, 2, 0
Open Season 5: 2, 0, 3, 1, 1, 2, 0, 1, 3, 0

Step # Step

1. First get enough cash to buy the Jeep, buy the Jeep
2. Next buy a bug and max out all of the power-ups (EG: Top Speed)
3. Start the next race with the bug
4. Wait untill it says TWO in the race with the bug then exit the championship
5. Renter the championship as the jeep
6. Race the next race
7. Buy the next car and repeat steps 2 on ward
P.S This is a proven trick and is very cheap
