I found a way to make the cpu go crazy. All you have to do is dribble past the halfcourt line and start dribbling through your legs (down-C). The cpu should stop guarding you and run off somewhere on the court. It is easier to see what the cpu is doing by changing the views.
Extra Timeouts

If you run out of time-outs or the game won't allow you to call one. Press "Pause" and go to Control Options and switch to the opposing team. Then call a time-out for that team. Then go to Control Options and switch back to your team and you'll be able to substitute a player for your team.
NOTE: This trick only works if the opposing can call a time-out!!
Change Rodman's hair color!
To change Rodman's hair, start the game as usual, but when you get to the point where you select your team, simply choose the Bulls and find a squad with Rodman in it. Once there, just press the pass button and his hair will change colors! Keep pressing pass until you find one that suits you. Enjoy!
More Duplicate Characters
If you enter any players whose last names fit in the Enter Name space and put 0000 as their PIN number, the game will say the name of the player, and the character will come up as if it was an editted player. You won't be able to view the player's attributes, but you don't really need to. The duplicate's attributes are the same.

Would you like to have two Dennis Rodman's or two Scottie Pippen's on one team? By doing this code, you can now realize your dream. To access a duplicate, just enter their last name and "0000" for the PIN number. For example, enter Pippen as your name and 0000 as your PIN to access the duplicate.
