Mortal Kombat 4
Head Glitch
In MK4, select "Arcade Mode", then "one on one", and select Jarek as one of the combatants. Choose any other person as the other combatant.
At this point, use the Big Heads kombat kode (321 321) and begin the match. Let Jarek win and have him do the "Lazer Eye Fatality"(Up-Up-Fwd-Fwd-Block at past sweep distance).
When he cuts their head off, the head will become its normal size while Jarek's head is still huge!
Telekinetic Meat
You need a gameshark, Now enter the P1 Always Meat code; 81126F42 0001. Now start a normal game and be Goro. Goro should be Meat, now get close to your opponent and grab him (Toward+B). Your opponent should float into the air and Meat will start beating him.
Meat Telling The Story Line
First of all You Need A Gameshark, Now enter the P1 Always Meat code; 81126F42 0001. Now go to the Main Menu Screen, the one with Arcade, Team, Endurance, etc., And wait for about 30 seconds. Then the Storyline Movie should start playing (The movie where Raiden tells about how Shinnok escaped the Neatherealm). But instead of Raiden telling the story it's a blood covered skeleton known as Meat.
Alternate Towers
Press Start at the "Choose your Destiny" screen to rotate the towers for an alternate line-up of opponents.
Goro's Lair Secret
Press DOWN while your opponent is impaled on the spikes, and the camera zooms up close to them. They'll slowly slide off before falling back to the ground and you hear "Toasty!".
(note: this also works on other levels when the level fatality option in the hidden menu is active)
Stage Select for 1-Player Games
First go to the Practice Mode, and on the Practice menu choose the stage that comes BEFORE the one you would like to play in. Now start the practice and quit, then start a normal game.
Goro Dies
Select Goro in a 1 or 2 player game. Lose and do not continue. He falls down the well and his front half splatters and his legs stick in the air when he hits bottom. You hear humming too.
Weird Endings
Your characters ending will feature any alternate color or costume you select. If you enable big head mode (321 321) and beat the game all characters in the endings will have big heads.

Kai:
Kai looks out on to the sky from the edge of a cliff and suddenly Rayden appears. He offers Kai a job as a Shaolin Warrior and Kai declines. Rayden hands Kai his thunder staff.
Rayden:
Rayden is seen flying up to the sky. he stops at a cloud, and a elder god tell's him that he is now a elder god. the elder god then asks him to choose a protecter for Earth. Rayden chooses Fujin.
Shinnok:
Shinnok is looking at Rayden, and Rayden is floating in the air on his back. Shinnok converses with Rayden about Shinnok disobeying the Elder gods, and Shinnok then destroys Rayden. I don't know how, he just kind of crushes Rayden
Liu Kang:
Liu Kang is at the Shaolin Temple, in a praying position, and Kitana appears. She offers him the chance at being the King of Edina with her, but he declines.
Reptile:
Reptile is bowing towards Quan Chi, and asks him to send Reptile back to the time before his village was taken over by Shao Khan. Quan Chi says "you dare ask that question to your masters?" Reptile says yes, and Quan chi says no, I will not grant that wish, then Reptile says "then I demand!" Quan chi says "Demand to Shinnok yourself" Shinnok then appears, holds Reptile by the neck. They talk about their deal, and Shinnok ends up crushing Reptile by the neck.
Scorpion:
Scorpion is looking at Sub-zero lying on his back, and tells him that his spirit will now rest that his killer is finished. Sub-zero then notify's Scorpion that he is not his killer, then Scorpion asks who is his killer, and Quan chi appears and says that he is. Quan Chi try's to send Scorpion back to the netherealm, but scorpion knocks down Quan Chi, and they both are sent to the netherealm (the nether looks exactly like hell from MK trilogy)
Jax, Sonya & Jarek:
these are all the same idea, so ill comprimise them together.
Sonya confronts Jarek to go to jail, on a cliff the same as Kai's ending was on. Jarek rushes Sonya, and Sonya goes out of the way. Sonya contacts Jax via radio. (NOTE: here Sonya's ends.) Jarek is then seen grabbing Sonya by the feet, dragging her down to doom. Jax responds to Sonya's call by radio, and Jarek crushes the radio with his foot (NOTE: Jarek's end's here) Jarek is walking away from the hill. when jax picks him up by his neck, and throws him down the cliff. (NOTE: Jax's ends here)
Reiko:
Reiko walks into a portal, Im not sure where the portal leads. He just walks through it and it goes to the credits.
Johhny cage:
Johhny walks up to a booth, starts talking. He says "when am I going to get some competition around here?" then everyone starts throwing stuff at him, and it ends.
Fujin:
Fujin returns to the chamber of wind, and says he finished with his mission. the faces on the chamber say they have another mission. Rayden appears, and tells him that he is the protector of Earth. Fujin says he will not fail, and Rayden says that is why he picked him.
Tanya:
Tanya and Liu Kang are running down a tunnel, and Liu says" where are we going?" Tanya says "to a special place where Rayden has a suprise waiting for you" Liu says "where are the others?" Tanya says "rayden has a suprise for them." They come to a opening, and Tanya says "I dont see what Kitana saw in you. Dont you see? this is a trap!" Liu looks the other direction, and Quan Chi and Shinnok are standing there. Liu kang talks to them, saying he will never bow to Shinnok. Liu then try's to do a flying kick towards Shinnok, but Shinnok destroys him. "Pity" Quan Chi says.
Quan Chi:
Quan chi talks to Shinnok, and Shinnok says he grants him his life, and Quan chi challenges Shinnok. Shinnok takes his amulet (the one he destroyed Liu with) and trys to destroy Quan Chi. It doesnt work. Quan chi laughs and show him that he really has the amulet of power. Quan chi uses it to destroy Rayden.
Scorpion Fatality Glitch
This is a funny glitch for Mortal Kombat 4. Select Scorpion and do the Change Costume code untill he is in the gray suit, and he is unmasked. Then, start a fight with the Fatality 1 code on. When it says finish him, do the Fire Breath fatality. Scorpion, even though he is already unmasked, will pull off his face to reveal another skull, and the mask in his hand is the original face.
Character's Clothing and Weapons List
This shows what set of clothes and weapon you will recieve with a spceific character. But first you must know the clothing change code and if you want to get all of Noob-Saibots clothes you must put continues on 9, difficulty on very easy, put in the cheat menu code and have at least one have one of the threee fatalites on, if you have more than one on the first one will only work. After you put in the clothing code which is hold start on the person who you want to have a different outfit and tap block then let go of both. Below are the outfits and weapons of each character. The number before each set of clothing and weapon is how many times you will need to do the clothing code.

Believe it or not I stumbled across this on by accident! First, go to PRACTICE MODE and pick player #1 as REIKO and player #2 as REPTILE. Press and hold RUN and BOTH BLOCKS for 3 seconds on REIKO's name. Next pick any stage and go to BEGIN PRACTICE and hold RUN and BOTH BLOCKS and press START. Keep holding them until the game starts in practice. Now, one of three effects will happen. 1 - The screen will go black and the game will freeze. 2 - The screen goes black and you can hear your stage music playing in the backround. 3 - The screen goes black and you can fight but P#2 will not be there! I found this by trying to be Noob Saibot in PRACTICE.
Different Clothing
Go to the character select screen and highlight the character you want to play as. While the character is highlighted push and hold the start button down, now push any button, and then release start. The characters icon will flip around. If you pick the character you will notice they have their alternate clothing on. They can be flipped more than once also. A few characters look completely different by flipping them twice. Reptile will where a ninja suit, Scorpion will have his human mask off and will be blue, Liu Kang will be all dressed up. There are many more people that look different so try a few. They sometimes get a different weapon too, ex. The blue scorpion gets a spiked malet instead of a sword.
Automatic Fatalities
Press the following: Hold Down and press HP from basically anywhere on the screen to do an automatic fatality -- but you must be close to your opponent for the pit fatalites. (Will not work with Goro)

Enter the following codes at the two-player Vs. Screen (when you see the character drawings facing each other). You will see two three-digit number displays at the bottom. The first three correspond to controller #1, the second to controller #2. The numbers stands for the number of times you have to press Low Punch, the second for Block, and the third for Low Kick.

Saibot's weapon is a Scythe.
Weapon Draw: Forward - Forward - HK
Teleport: Down - Up (press BL to Slam, or HK/LK to kick, after it)

Air Throw: BL at close range in mid air
Noob's FATALITY I is Johnny Cage's Torso Rip, and FATALITY II is Sub-Zero's Freeze-and-Uppercut.
"The Prison" (Fan) Stage Fatality: Down - Back - Back + HK
"Goro's Lair" (Ceiling Spikes) Stage Fatality: Forward - Down - Forward + HK
Goro's Moves
Goro has no weapon of his own but he can pick up someone else's dropped weapon (using Down+Run like everyone else). There are also no rocks in Goro's Lair when he is fighting in it.
Fireball: Forward - Back - HP
Tele-Stomp: Forward - Forward - Back - HK
Ground Shake Stomp: Back - Forward - Down - Down - HK

Play as Meat
In order to play as the character MEAT you must go to "GROUP MODE" which can only be played in a two player mode. Play every character in the game (16 in all) and make sure you win every time. After you play and win with the final character you can pick anyone, your character will then be MEAT. He will have all the moves of the character you selected but will look like a bloody skeleton.
Play as Noob Saibot
At the character select screen, choose the hidden button, then move up 2, then 1 to the left (Reiko will be highlighted), then press RUN+BLK.
Note: Cheat Menu must be activated
Play as Goro
At the character select screen, choose the hidden button, then move up 3, then 1 to the left (Shinnok will be highlighted), then press RUN+BLK.
Note: Cheat Menu must be activated
Cheat Menu
Go to the options menu, and highlight the continues option, then hold BLK+RUN for about ten seconds, a cheat menu will appear.
